Pixie seems to like a variety but he tends to sing along mor ewith some kinds than others. He seems partial to blues, and classical (esp. with flute) but is lukewarm to rock music or "new age" stuff we play sometimes.

Of course, he also treats the vacuum cleaner noise as if it were a concert for him; there's no accounting for taste I guess.

Yoshi loves Jimy Buffet and reggae type music.

Zuri loves hip hop type.

They both like nursery type songs like old mac donald and stuff.

It depends on the species.  Cockatoos adore music with a strong beat to it, greys like nursery rhymes while zons like opera but I've never notice tiels, budgies, lovies, sennies or even jardines having a preference while quakers like anything.

Actually Yoshi doesn't like just anything.  He could care less about most music but starts dancing and singing to reggae as soon as it comes on.  Oh and if I put on country he yells and carries on.  He doesn't like it one bit.  hee hee

Dusty likes daggy 1960s stuff, disco and really cheesy stuff like the music from Eurovision song contest...she has no taste!

My CAG use to love reggae and Michael Jackson. She would yell, "WOO" all the way thru "Billie Jean". She despised opera, hollering "NO NO" when it would come on, jumping from her perch and running from the room.

My RB2 will dance to absolutely anything, as long as you're singing along. Haven't been able to find my U2's favorite kind yet...she quietly contemplates all of them.

My birds will sing along with anything from country to anything by Bon Jovi!  Their favorite is still "Little Bitty" by either Tom T. Hall or Alan Jackson-they seem to have adopted it as their theme song!
