Check out this web site.

The difference between parrots and kids is that it's cute when a parrot talks back.

You need to take the baby to your AV asap because, sometimes, they can fix them by pulling the legs together with some kind of a contraption (some use tape, some use sponges, some use bandages).  Don't try to do it yourself, it's too risky and you might end up making it worse.

But basically, your parent birds are depleted and did not provide enough calcium for the baby's bones to develop correctly so you need to stop breeding them and re-evaluate your husbandry because the diet you were offering must have been deficient for this to happen and you will need to supplement them a bit more heavily at the beginning to replenish their reserves.  What kind of avian calcium and conditioning/breeding food are you using?
