Welcome!
a yellow nape should come in between 350 to 600 gr. The other issue is how much is fat and how much is muscle????

That's good that you've weighed her. I don't know exactly, but a good way to tell if they're obese or not is to feel their breast. There should be a good padding on either side of the keel bone. In severly underweight birds you can clearly feel the bone. Hope this helps.

Correct.  Muscle is heavier than fat but no captive bird develops enough muscle as to make a difference, their lives are too sedentary for that.  The correct weight depends on the size of the bird so touching is always a good weight of roughly figuring out if the bird is too fat or too skinny.   As Criminalist posted, the padding on the sides of the keel bone give us a good clue: the keel should be noticeable without been too protruding.  If there is hardly any keel, the bird is too fat.  If the keel sticks out, the bird is too skinny.  But good weight does not mean good health, either.  A bad diet can provide a good weight but not good nutrition.  When a bird is allowed to fly and eats a healthy diet, there is hardly ever a problem with the weight.
